Hi, I'm Shanon, founder of Pacific Willow Consulting. I started this work because I've seen how hard mission-driven leaders push themselves, and how heavy it can feel when fundraising becomes one more hurdle. Grant seeking doesn't have to be stressful or overwhelming. It can be clear, strategic, and deeply connected to your mission.
I work with conservation, wildlife, fisheries, and cultural programs, including tribal natural resources departments and Indigenous-led organizations, as well as nonprofits working in animal welfare, arts and culture, and food security. My job is to listen to your story, understand your vision, and translate it into proposals and strategies that resonate with funders.
