Hi, I’m Shanon, founder of Pacific Willow Consulting. I started this work because I’ve seen how hard nonprofit leaders push themselves, and how heavy the weight can feel when fundraising becomes just one more hurdle. I believe grant seeking doesn’t have to be stressful or overwhelming—it can be clear, strategic, and deeply connected to your mission.

With years of nonprofit leadership experience, I understand the balancing act between delivering programs and securing the funding to keep them alive. My role is to listen to your story, understand your vision, and translate it into proposals and strategies that resonate with funders.
